OPENING AND ANCHORING

At the heart of every journey is the way we open and the way we anchor.
Opening prepares us to receive: softening tension, tuning in, and awakening presence.
Anchoring ensures what we’ve experienced becomes embodied: grounding insights into daily life, so transformation is not just a fleeting moment, but a lived reality.
Charlotte sees each journey as a portal, a gateway into a different moment. Each session includes opening and anchoring exercises around breathwork and kundalini activation practices to help the experience fully integrate into your life.

OPENING

“The body is a book and each breath turns a page. When you open the body, you open the book of your life.”

According to the person’s needs and personality, Charlotte offers opening exercises to invite intention, warm-up the body, release tension and land into the present moment.

Kundalini Yoga often plays a key role here and combining movement, sound and breath to awaken life force energy and prepare the body-mind for the deeper journey ahead.

THE FULL CIRCLE JOURNEY

  1. Opening

Inviting the system to settle down, tune in and open to deeper listening.

  2. Warm-up

With practices such as Kundalini Yoga, Sound or Movement, calling the body, mind and energy to release layers of tension and “scaterdness” to fully land into the present.

  3. Journeying

Through Breathwork or Kundalini Activation, the practice takes you through a voyage.

  4. Receiving

Post peak, towards the descent of the practice, the system opens to receive any messages or insights to take into our day-to-day.

  5. Integration

Practices, such as conscious communication or writing are used to bring the messages into our daily awareness.

  6. Integration Follow-Up

Determining small and short exercises that can be done in your day to day to help make the experienced shift become your reality.

ANCHORING

What we experience in that sacred space is not a destination, it’s a doorway. The full circle journey begins after the session ends-when the quiet work is done behind the scenes, where awareness and integration come into play- helping process, embody and ground the shifts that were experienced.

Charlotte often offers exercises to do in-between sessions to help support the embodiement process.
