To receive the most from your journey, create a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Here’s how to set yourself up:
Zoom Link: After booking, you’ll receive a link to join the session live.
Headphones or Speakers: Headphones are ideal for immersive sound, but good speakers also work well.
Space to Lie Down: A yoga mat, bed, or soft carpet where you can comfortably rest.
Blanket & Cushion: For warmth and support as your body relaxes.
Lighting: Dim lighting or an eye mask can help you turn inward.
Sacred Space: You may wish to add candles, incense, or meaningful objects to set the mood.
Once you’re settled, simply log in, relax, and allow yourself to be guided. Everything else unfolds naturally.

I personally love receiving and guiding sessions online for my daily and weekly practices — it feels simple, accessible, and helps me stay consistent in showing up for myself. Online sessions allow me to drop deep without taking too much time outside of my busy schedule.
At the same time, I treasure in-person sessions as sacred rituals — whether monthly (like Full Moon rituals) or to mark an important moment in life.
